Belchertown Library Investigated for Ghosts and Paranormal Activity
If the investigation shows up something interesting, we should see the Massachusetts Belchertown Library in the next season of the Ghost Hunters on Sci-Fi. Last night the TAPS crew filmed an investigation at the reported haunted library. This article explains a library employee’s first experience there nine years ago.
“Grayish mist came into me and I breathed in chains and I just felt I wasn’t myself,” he recalls.
Not sure I understand that quote. Is he implying some sort of possession? Maybe if some grayish mist comes around again, take Brian Harnois’ advice and “Dude Run!”. Seriously the place does sound interesting and let’s hope they find some compelling evidence.
This does show how popular the Ghost Hunters and the subject of the paranormal has become because the main stream media is reporting on locations investigated even before the episode has hit the TV guide.

Kailey Peacey, Brian Snyder and I drove to the State School today that used to house the mentally handicapped. Story goes this is the worse state school in the country. It was abandoned in the 70's when it was found the patients were mistreated and often just left to die off by the nurses and staff. |

That is great news if it will be airing that soon! That is earlier than I expected for the next season. With Ghost Hunters International starting in January and the main series in March we shouldn’t see too many weeks without new episodes.

Yeah I live in Belchertown but I never wouldv’e expected it to be haunted… It looks a bit suspicious though. It will be a cool episode because I will be able to saythat I was there (and then go there tommorow)
