I hope this isn’t bad news for Supernatural but the CW announced it was taking a break and being replaced in it’s Thursday 9PM time slot with Reaper.

I guess most TV changes can be blamed on the stupid writers strike, but as we have pointed out in the past, the Supernatural ratings numbers have been kind of weak this season.

Things are probably OK for Supernatural, that the CW is just experimenting with the schedule. We would be very disappointed to see Supernatural canceled at this point because we think the show is very good.

  1. I hope that they don’t cancel it…. All of my friends and most of my family loves it….. We were all devestated when we found out about this :(

  2. Not to worry Colleen. Supernatural has been officially re-newed for next year. Plus in April-May we get to see 4 more episodes.

As for Reaper, hopefully it does well over the next few weeks so it gets re-newed.
