I SAW A MAN IN THAT BUILDING WHILE DRIVIN BY?!?!?!?!? So I was drivin through dresden two years ago when I drove by this building and in the top of it in the middle window I saw a man in a black coat and a hat standing there looking out. I had no knoweledge of the place being hanuted untill one of my friends asked if i wanted to go on a haunted goast tour, then later realized it was the same place I saw the man in black. I really wanted to go on a tour tonight to experiment with my sensitivity to these things but noticed its rather hard to make an appiontment.
