Buckeye State Paranormal and Haunting Investigators (BSPHI) has posted their case report from a recent investigation of the old Fort Wayne in Detroit Michigan.

From their report:

Historic Fort Wayne was built in 1845 as a new artillery post to serve the United States in future attacks by British Canada. Throughout its more than 160th history, however, the Fort has largely been a peaceful location, serving as an infantry garrison and a primary induction point for Michigan troops entering every U.S. conflict from the Civil War through the Vietnam War.

Now a tourist attraction, the fort was originally built to protect the Americans from a possible British invasion from Canada. Built in 1845, Kerry got a pretty cool shot of one of the outer walls of this Star-Shaped fort ( you can just see the barracks in the background ) . The fort is about 5 minutes away from the Joe Louis Arena and is just South of the heart of Downtown Detroit. The center of the fort is 1 mile from the Detroit River.
