Psychics and Ice Cream to Benefit Homeless Pets
Well the paranormal community is mixing a couple of our favorite things, all for a great cause this Saturday August 16, 2008 at Germaine’s Country Kitchen in Burien Washington.
Ice cream and pets are great and psychic mediums are cool too. This is a benefit to raise money for the non-profit Angels for Animals.
Here are the details from the TheHighlineTimes.com:
Along with her passion for pets, Rule also has a passion for the paranormal, as shown in her books.
“I grew up in a haunted house on a Native American burial ground in Des Moines,” she said.
Rule remembers she and her family would often hear sobbing.
“It was the most heart wrenching sound,” Rule added. “It sounded as if it was coming from the next room, then I would move on to the next room; as I ran on, it just kept moving.”
Regarding Saturday’s fundraiser, Rule predicts, “I think some people [who come to the event] are going to be surprised if they’re skeptical.”
The event looks to be an interesting one. Even though this K-9 unit and this future ghost hunter have homes, there are many others that do not.
If you are in the area, check it out!
