Ryan Buell’s American Ghost Hunter
In case you have not heard yet, Ryan Buell from Paranormal State is now making a feature film called American Ghost Hunter.
Mr. Buell writes:
The Movie. I’m am proud and excited to finally deliver the news that Chad Calek and I are in production for an upcoming feature film. That’s right, a movie. It is about the journeys we face as paranormal investigators, where we come from, and the people affected along the way. We will confront a life-long haunting that has terrorized so many, and hopefully, win the war that we’ve been fighting for so long.
The entire journey is being filmed and soon you will be able to come along with us.
This is something that Chad and I are doing together and that we have complete control over. We believe in it so much that we turned down offers to have it bought and produced by a third party. This is something we decided needed to be done ourselves. It’s a privilege to be doing this with my friend, Chad.
The first teaser trailer is finally here and I’ve posted it below. The official movie site is also live, where you can learn more info about the movie itself, as well as watch web-documentaries that document the entire process.
We’ve been blessed with the support of a loyal and ever-growing fanbase, so we can’t wait to hear what you think. Please spread the word and leave us feedback.

Wow. I have recently came across Paranormal State and I think it’s a great show. I love the concept of it; helping people who have no one else to turn to. I enjoy reading about paranormal and supernatural occurrences, as well as watching it on T.V. To the author of this website, you should credit Ryan Buell’s writing & his website. Plagiarism is illegal, just so you know.

Ryan and Chad this is great I’d like to see more things. I am absolutely siked about just Paranormal State. I think its awsome that you guys will be able to put more out there. Ryan and Chad I’m a huge fan of p.s. I really believe in what you do. I’m a less than perfect christian guy that is in deep spiritual warefare right now. I know you guys are very busy right now. When you need a case that will literally make you go wow and I thought I’ve seen everything. email me and i’ll tell you about my story. Ryan & Chad i can’t wait to see the movie it looks great i am disapointed that Paramornal State won’t be on anymore with new shows i really looked forward each week to seeing the show. Maybe you can decide to do the show again. I really loved it when you would have Lorraine Warren on and Chip Coffey on they are wonderful also Lorraine lives near me in CT and i have seen her she is wonderful. I am so glad that you and your team are out there to help people your Paranormal State was able to let people know that there is help out there. I wish you and Chad and your team nothing but great success.

I LOVE Paranormal State and look forward to seeing another season. It seems soooo long! Also can’t wait for AGH – the movie. I, myself, lived for two years with the “spirit” of a murder victim bludgeoned in my house seven years earlier. I didn’t know about the unsolved murder until I witnessed full apparitions twice while wide awake. He was just a lost soul in my mind and never frightened me. Once you have experienced this firsthand, you have a newfound respect for shows like PS and movies like AGH and especially researchers like Ryan and his crew. Keep up the good work! I wish you were around when I had my “experience”.
