Donna LaCroix on Ghost Divas
Tonya Hacker from Ghost Divas has recently posted about their recent interview with Donna LaCroix who formally was a cast member on Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International.
I highly recommend you listen to this interview if you have an interest in the truth.
One of the things we have witnessed here is something Donna LaCroix refers to as a “TAPS cult”. There is a group of people that just have gone overboard and have become the Ghost Hunter Minions and defend them and attack others in the paranormal TV world. Six weeks ago Ghost Lab premiered and even here on the humble Spectral Review web site, people were posting negative comments even before the show aired!

I want to preface my comments by first stating that I have never been a big fan of TAPS so my opinions in here have nothing to do with them. In fact, my comments here really don’t concern Donna either. My real problem is with the self-proclaimed “Ghost Divas”. These “ladies” are some of the nastiest, most vile individuals in the paranormal community. I am a paranormal investigator in Arkansas and have worked on several cases in Oklahoma, which is where the “Ghost Divas” reside. We try to support local teams as much as possible so I listened to their show several times before I just could not stomach them any longer. It might not be so obvious when first listening to them ( Note: I DO NOT recommend listening to these clowns AT ALL because they are actually quite boring and redundant after awhile). They are fairly good at manipulating situations, hiding their true motives by pretending that they are just “keeping it real” and “exposing the frauds”. It doesn’t take long for it to become painfully obvious who they really are: Jaded witches with big chips on their shoulders. The worst part about them is that they try to drag others down to their level everywhere they go. Case in point, the Donna situation. During their “exclusive” with her, they claimed to have her back and to have always supported her. However, they used to always refer to her as “Donna La-Crotch” prior to getting her to come on their little show. They refer to many in the paranormal field as “Media Whores”, however, they have been on a mission for quite a while to gain publicity for themselves and have used many people along the way. The Donna interview is a prime example of their efforts. They blogged all over the web about the fact that they were going to have Donna on their show and were going to get “the dirt” on TAPS and “expose” them. This was their ticket to create a shit storm and ride the publicity that came from it. The fact that she happened to say all of this on their show had nothing to do with them, however, they knew that this would be the best way to get their name mentioned. Yes, Donna is a grown-up and she made the choice to say the things she did. They did not hold a gun to her head, but they purposely egged her on and I guarantee you that if they could get Jason or Grant to come on their show, they would change their tune in a heartbeat. They will do and say whatever they think will get them attention and it is truly pathetic.

Becky – I respect your opinion. I’ve listened to many of the Ghost Divas podcasts and they appear to me to opinionated on the paranormal world. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with having strong opinions.
I think if you “follow the money”, you will find out who is motivated by it in the paranormal world. The Ghost Divas are not becoming millionaires and I suspect they are just passionate about the field.

Becky, just wondering how long you have been waiting to lash out at the “Ghost Divas”? Looks like you have been holding this in for a while.
Why don’t you call into the show and tell them what you think about them instead of hiding behind peoples blogs?
I’m not going to “fight” with you, like you want.
Donna came on the show because she trusted us. She STILL trusts us. YOU should not be attempting to speak for her. It just makes you look foolish.
The Ghost Divas are not a “Ghost Hunting Team”, you are simply WRONG. You have never “worked with us” because we are not a team.
Our individual teams have never worked with Arkansas people either. I am 100% sure I would have recalled meeting a person like you. We make NO money from our show. In fact, we are out of pocket every month.
Thanks for the bashing attempt. It was pointless.

There is that Ghost Diva lack of reading comprehension again. She didn’t say she worked with you. She said she did investigations in Oklahoma, “where the divas reside”. I also don’t see her saying you are a team. I see her say they try to support local teams and because of that listened to your show. About the same time she discovered she didn’t like your show she likely learned you were not a team as there are no further references to such..
As is very typical of Tonya, 90% of what she said is a straw man and is based on nothing.
