We here at Spectral Review love listening to Para-X Radio. We sometimes get the chance to listen live but most of the time we listen to the podcasts during our long commute to the day job. Listening to these great shows makes our drive much more enjoyable.
We want to take the time to point out what we think are the can’t miss shows each week. This doesn’t mean the rest of the shows the past week don’t deserve your time, we may have not gotten the chance to listen to it. The Para-X Radio Network is growing so fast! It will be a challenge for us to keep up for sure.
Here are this weeks shows that we think you should find time to listen via the podcast: (more…)
The May 1, 2008 episode of The Cold Spot with Brad and Barry Klinge from Everyday Paranormal is available for your listening pleasure.
Brad and Barry discuss EVPs and how Everyday Paranormal goes about handling their EVP sessions. They have three techniques in the capture of EVPs and explain them on this show.
Here is part one:
Here is part two:
Remember the show is on Thursday nights at 10PM Eastern on the terrific Para-X Radio Network. Also check out EPTV to see their video channel.
Another show we have listened to from the Para-X Radio Network is called GhostDivas - LIVE. The Ghost Divas are a group of five women Tonya Hacker, Tammy Wilson, Haven Taylor, Janice Oberding and Tonya Keyser.
The April 24, 2008 premiere of The Cold Spot with Brad and Barry Klinge from Everyday Paranormal is available for your listening pleasure.
It was a great start to a radio series we think you are going to like. The guys give us their story from what started them on their journey in the paranormal field to why they named their group “Everyday Paranormal” when they formed it in October 2007. Brad and Barry are not afraid to tell us what they think is wrong with the paranormal field and more importantly, why it’s wrong. So give it a listen.
We are not sure you are aware of a couple of guys from Kentucky who have a group called the Kentucky Area Paranormal Society (KAPS). Actually these two guys are brothers Dave and Tom, and also started Para-X Radio network. Included on the new network is their own show KAPS Paranormal Radio. Their show normally airs Sunday Night at 8PM Eastern. They have special airings from time to time also.
The nice thing about Internet radio is is that the shows are archived as mp3 files and one is free to download and listen at one’s leisure. Your favorite editor here at Spectral Review happens to have quite a commute for the day job and listening to archived shows from KAPS Paranormal Radio makes the drive a lot more interesting.
So we wanted to take a moment to point you to our favorite episodes of KAPS Paranormal Radio with Dave and Tom.
“The Cold Spot” is a no holds barred look into paranormal research through the eyes of the founder and co-founder of Everyday Paranormal, brothers Brad and Barry Klinge. Their “Everyday Joe” approach to paranormal research has skyrocketed their popularity in the field in a very short time, and the evidence they present is some of the best the field has ever seen. Join the fun with Brad and Barry on Thursday nights at 9 PM Central as they give long-standing paranormal stereotypes a wedgie with a sarcastic intelligence that is thought-provoking and will leave you laughing (and possibly offended at the same time).
We have to say we are looking forward to listening in on Thursday. If you have seen their videos on EPTV, they are a paranormal team that has fun on their investigations. We are certain that their show will be a lot of fun too.
We listen to most of the shows on Para-X and the addition of The Cold Spot is certainly good news for the network.
