Ghost Hunters Visit Palace Theatre in Manchester
We know another location for an upcoming episode of the Ghost Hunters because they are filming currently at the Palace Theatre in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The episode first aired in May 2008.
The UnionLeader.com has an article detailing how the production crew sets up an episode:
Yesterday, Palace President Peter Ramsey greeted the production crew for a walk-through. They parked their fleet of TAPS vehicles outside the theater and set up TV cameras.
Inside they pressed Ramsey for possible ghostly hot spots. He took them to a reception room adjoining the theater.
“There was a horrible fire here in 1984. This saved the Palace,” Ramsey said, thumping the fire wall that separated the former apartment from the theater. “A woman died in here.”
“Right here?”
One of the production guys perked up, while another scribbled notes on his pad.
As they made their way back through the theater and toward the balcony steps, one of the crew asked Ramsey if he’s had any encounters himself.
“Plenty,” he said, still walking.
“Can you give us details?” asked show producer Mitchell Tanen.
Ramsey stopped in his tracks and turned around.
“How bizarre you want to get?” he asked. The five-man crew braced for bizarre.
Doesn’t it seem like these old theaters seem to be haunted? There have been a few episodes on the series that have been in an old theater. Plus we had the story of the Main Theater by N.U.P.S.
