Product Description
While searching for a home to buy, Cindy and her family settled for the house on the hill. It wasn''t long before Cindy was aware there was something other than her family in the house. It started with small occurrences that eventually turned into a nightmare. Every night at midnight, she would awake by being hit by something she could not see. No one was there yet her eyes would be fixed on the wall. Later when things began to materialize, she realized, the wall was an entrance to hell.

1 out of 5 stars One of the worst written books I have ever read...   February 27, 2008

I don't know a whole lot about the publishing company, but whoever edited the book had alot more work to do. There are misspellings and grammatical errors and it reads like the world's longest diary entry.

As for the content of the book, if you ever wanted a look into the mind of a white trash woman who comes across as more of a lunatic than a victim by all means buy this book. If you are looking for a novel that really scares you look somewhere else.

5 out of 5 stars The Wall   February 10, 2008
Cindy Sarro did an excellent job telling her story! I found her book to be extremely easy to read and very captivating. My heart went out to Cindy and her horrifying ordeal. One good thing that came out of this was that Cindy has a wonderful talent for writing and knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat. I hope that she draws from her experiences and continues to write because I would love to read more from her! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in true ghost stories!

2 out of 5 stars better if re-written   January 15, 2008
I've tried to read this book twice now, but cannot manage to get through it. The problem is not the story, but the books lack of proper punctuation and form.

3 out of 5 stars Spellcheck!   December 29, 2007

While I have no doubt that Cindy went through this horrible experience, I just gotta say, SPELLCHECK or PROOFREAD. I don't know what annoyed me the most; being chapterless or the constant grammatical errors. Holy Moley! I just wanted to take a red pen and circle everyone of them.
The only thing that got me rolling my eyes was; Why did Cindy keep going back!? and Why wasn't the poor dog given away? Or better yet taken to a shelter? Cindy's mom must have been a saint, because if it was my mom she would have said a big "hell no" to the moving in/out constantly!!

And I would've liked an update as to her current condition, and if she's ever contacted the present owners of the house. The book left a lot open. If it was me I would have researched that house to know-end. City Hall also has owner information. Plus, I think I would have had to start digging once that pshycic told me I had bodies under my house!

Just my two cents! :)

1 out of 5 stars I cannot even finish reading this drivel.   October 31, 2007

The one thing I cannot stand is a "writer" who cannot write. This is the worst book I have ever owned. I should have believed what the other reviewers said, but I thought the story would be scary enough to make up for the poor writing.

No. It's not scary at all.

This woman's story is hackneyed, incoherent, and not even remotely scary. Honestly, I think she had mental problems.

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK.
