Nicely Done & Fine Job.Even for a Skeptic Like this Reviewer! November 30, 2007 Having lived in the Valley Forge/ Phoenixville area for many years, I thought this book might be both unique and amusing, and I was right on both! Inside are some nice tales about alleged ghosts in local taverns, and most interestly, in the Phoenixville Public Library, a habitat I have spent many, many hours in. Even the library director claims that books fall off the shelves, and others state there have been strange lights! In fact, on the back cover is photographed a green light just outside the library said to be as real ghost (this is what the author told me). Without being a killjoy, I'll just say that ghost watching must be an amusing past-time, and that though the contents here may be disputable, the very high production, photos, and general wit thruout the book make it a welcome addition to libraries on ghosts and the supernatural..Enjoy!
These will all delight fans of the ghost story July 8, 2007 D.P. Roseberry's GHOSTS OF VALLEY FORGE AND PHOENIXVILLE covers two areas which hold ghostly visitations in unlikely places, from a bed and breakfast to a public library. These will all delight fans of the ghost story - and all are culled from real circumstances.
